Interaction Through Technology & Emergent Behaviour
People are influenced by those around them, their behaviour adapts and patterns of cooperation emerge, showing aggregation and division of opinions. But when people communicate through technology how is this process of communication distorted? These controllers allow you to manipulate the feedback between a group of people using them. The movement of the handles is translated to twitches in the other devices. You can set the feedback to be an average of the group, based on your nearest neighbour or randomly changing. You can also set the feedback to be exaggerated through the technology or even be initiated by the devices. The interactions are graphically represented to allow comparisons between the different settings.
